The Seller undertakes to make his best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the time limits specified above. However, these deadlines are given for information only.

Deliveries take place within a maximum period of thirty days from the confirmation of the order and its payment.

Delivery is the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered according to the available stock.

If the Products ordered have not been delivered on the indicative date of delivery, or failing that no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract for any cause other than force majeure or the fact of the Customer, the sale may be resolved at the Customer's written request in accordance with Articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code.

The sums paid by the Client will then be returned to him within fourteen days of the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or withholding.

Deliveries are carried out by an independent carrier at the address mentioned by the Customer at the time of the order and to which the carrier can easily access.

When the Customer himself has entrusted himself with the use of a carrier he chooses himself, the delivery shall be deemed to have been effected upon delivery of the Products ordered by the Seller to the carrier who has accepted them without reservation. The Customer therefore acknowledges that it is the carrier's responsibility to make the delivery and has no recourse against the Seller in the event of failure to deliver the goods carried.

In the event of a specific request from the Customer concerning the packaging or transport conditions of the ordered products, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the related costs will be the subject of a specific additional invoice, on estimate previously accepted in writing by the Customer.

The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered Product and, if necessary, to issue any reservations on the carrier's delivery note.

The Client shall, at his expense, return the disputed goods by registered mail acknowledgment of receipt. After an appraisal, the Seller reserves the right to refund or exchange the goods.

The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration related thereto, will be realized only when the Customer takes physical possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at Seller's risk unless the Customer chooses the carrier himself. As such, the risks are transferred at the time of delivery of the asset to the carrier.

Return

Regarding the Products marketed on the website, non-professional Customers have the right to withdraw and return the Product (s) for fourteen clear days from the date of delivery, in accordance with provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code.

The Client may exercise his right of withdrawal signed by sending a registered letter with unambiguous acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: SEMINOLES, 101, Rue de Sèvres-75006 PARIS.

In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code, the Customer must return its Product at the latest within fourteen days of the communication of its decision to withdraw.

The costs of returning the Products are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for the transportation of returned Products.

The return of the Product will give rise to a refund equal to the total amount paid by the Customer, that is to say the purchase price of the Product (s) and the delivery costs.

In accordance with Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code, exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made no later than fourteen days from the date SEMINOLES is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw. SEMINOLES may defer repayment until recovery of the goods or until the Customer has provided proof of the shipment of such goods, whichever is the earlier.

The returns of the Products are to be made in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories, notice ...) allowing their re-marketing in new condition, accompanied by the invoice of purchase, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not included.
